First founded in 1992, Weihai JY Powertrain Co., Ltd. has developed over three decades into a leading, technology-driven powerhouse in the electric drive axle industry.

Operating from our 30,000 m² state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Shandong Province, we house 5 advanced production workshops spanning 15,000 m² and a total fixed-asset and manufacturing equipment investment exceeding CNY 56 million. Armed with 4 automated axle assembly lines, a 630T hydraulic shaft forging press, and comprehensive chemical/physical testing labs, we deliver world-class EV rear axles and transaxles to global electric vehicle builders.

Manned by 30 senior design and craft engineers. Our pioneering "High-strength integrated drive axle for mini trucks" won the Scientific & Technological Progress Prize from the Science and Technology Bureau.

Supplied Over 1.3M Sets

Since 2008, we have been the primary supplier to Foton Motor (Xiangling series), delivering over 1.3 million axle sets. We also support BAIC, Reichi New Energy, Ganzhou Kama, and Tangjun Ouling.

Our inspection center features CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), Brinell/Rockwell hardness testers, metallographic microscopes, and salt spray test chambers to enforce rigorous QA auditing.
